- We can look after your system requirements including: software, upgrades and patches, scheduled data loads, system monitoring, alerting, optimisation and recovery.
- Our personnel are specialists with respect to ESRI GIS and can support you with your new acquisition of ESRI software through the ESRI ELA.
- Our customisable ESP can include consultancy to support customised training, GIS operational and user support.
- Support hours can be purchased in blocks at a preferential hourly rate, enabling you to pre-plan your budgets.
- The ESP includes access to our online support service and monthly reporting.
